Fresh Ingredients Available to Take Home

El Pinto is famous for its delicious red chile ribs, ranked #3 in the nation by Food Network’s Top 5 Restaurants. But the menu also includes delicious nachos, enchiladas, and salsas featuring New Mexico chiles. El Pinto is nationally known for their green chile salsa – fire roasted for rich flavor. El Pinto also offers a variety of chile salsas, both green and red & ranging from mild to hot, for patrons to purchase and take home to prepare their own New Mexico inspired dishes.

Delicious Food – Sustainably Sourced

El Pinto means more than delicious food. The restaurant is also committed to providing patrons with sustainably sourced, clean food dishes. As the only animal welfare approved restaurant in the entire country, El Pinto uses 100% pasture-raised eggs for all of its tasty recipes. They accomplish this admirable feat by maintaining a hen hotel for 200 laying hens on its property in Albuquerque’s’ North Valley.
